The hotel for us was in a perfect place Not much noise, so close to the pier 7/11 right in front! The swimming pool was really nice Great shops around, and a short distance walk to the bars! Would definitely go back to this hotel
I think the cleaning really needs to improve ???? The rooms need an urgent update But it's acceptable and livable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

What was the highlight of Phi Phi Hotel
Very Good
The best feature of our room on the 5th floor was the view from the balcony!. All the personnel was really friendly, our installations were perfect for the time we were staying, the A/C was working perfectly, which made being in the room really comfortable after a long day out in the heat.
The only thing that I would recommend is that you take your own shampoo, conditioner and soap, we were only provided with one soap and a little bottle of shampoo.
