Great staff, clean close to everything

Perfect location. Just beside the main pier and inside the happening place. Value for money and the staffs were nice and friendly. Nothing special about the room though as it was expected with the price but it was a very pleasant stay there. Breakfast was ok with several options for us to choose from. Will definitely stay there if we visit Phi Phi again.

The hotel doesn't have lift. Though the staff will help you by carrying your luggages into your room but still it's a bit pain to walk up and down several times a day specially if you are in the third or fourth floor.

The best feature of our room on the 5th floor was the view from the balcony!. All the personnel was really friendly, our installations were perfect for the time we were staying, the A/C was working perfectly, which made being in the room really comfortable after a long day out in the heat.

The only thing that I would recommend is that you take your own shampoo, conditioner and soap, we were only provided with one soap and a little bottle of shampoo.

Very close to the main pier and perfect to walk or rent a longtail boat to discover Phi Phi.

Breakfast was plain and we didn’t find it tasty.

Loved how close to the pier it was, the staff were very friendly and catered to all our needs. Breakfast in the morning was epic especially after a big night would definitely stay again

Staff was a little rude and hold our room until 2 pm when it was ready to be delivered sooner. I know that was the check in time but we were exhausted and i know they could have helped with that

No elevator had us walking 5 floors a lot. Very hard pillows and stiff beds.

A great place to escape the chaotic walkways of the island. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

No lift and we were on the fifth floor. On the whole, the rooms could do with a refresh.

The sink in the bathroom poured out brown water at the start when you turned the taps on. The toilet flushed with brown water leaving a light brown water in the bowl. It has the smallest balcony I've ever seen and NO seats on the balcony, we paid for a sea view room but couldn't relax in the evening and enjoy it without seating. We were looking down at hotels half the price and all had balcony seats. When we complained to reception about our findings they all of a sudden couldn't speak English, they had no trouble 2 hours previously when checking us in. You couldn't alter the air conditioning temperature nor could you turn it off. The air con unit is above your head when sleeping and the constant drone keeps you awake. We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping cleaned the room, had to go and ask for toilet roll. We were on the fourth floor and there are no lifts, only stairs.

Perfect location, a minute from the pier and in the middle of all the action. Good basic facilities and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice!

The room was a little dirty

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast with wide variety, amazing location. Recommended!

1. No elevator (the highest floor is 5) 2. We had a problem in the toilet, couldn't flush it. But someone from the staff came quickly and solved the problem 3. Small amount of soaps and toilet paper, it wasn't enough for us when taking a shower

The hotel is perfectly located. The staff is really really friendly! Free Wifi.

The toilet was clogged, but as we just stayed for one night we didn't bother much. The hotel would benefit from renovation. The rooms are extremely basic and old fashioned (keep in mind we booked the deluxe). There was barley coming water from the sink. Pricey for what you get, but probably pretty normal for phi phi.

Near to pier. Friendly staff. Very helpful. I got late mistakenly in check out but staff was very polite and helpful. Their representative helped me until i got a seat on boat. Would definately come back if came to thailand tour. I love pp group hotels in phi phi.

A bit old hotel. Too much chlorine in pool.
